I clearly understand, willing to accept this copy of affidavit, without any force.
Non-employee company is prohibited to enter the dormitory, all guests will be on the outside only, not allowed to enter the dormitory area, and also clearly understand the dormitory rules and regulations of the dormitory, no objection if has found in any violation of any provision(dormitory rules & regulations) are willing to accept the punishment(a fine of nt$1000 & will given a single warning letter).
